KONRO POLICIES

 

Arrival

Please note arrival time is promptly at 6:45 PM with doors unlocked at 6:40 PM. If you are late, we will start without you out of respect for the other guests’ time. However, we do understand that life happens. Please contact us as soon as possible via text or email if you are running late.

We are located in the Flamingo Park Market - we are the first door at the left on the top of the stairs.  There is free street parking available as well as a paid parking lot on the west side of the building. We recommend arranging transportation to your meal, especially if enjoying the beverage pairing. If you take an Uber, they may try and turn on Vallette - you will need to turn on Park Place to find the restaurant.


Beverage Pairings

We do not offer wines by the glass or the bottle, nor do we allow corkage. If you would like to enjoy wine with your meal the beverage pairing is the only option.

We also offer a non-alcoholic pairing. Both need to be purchased prior to your meal, please email eat@konrorestaurant.com or send a text message to (561) 446-2791 no less than 24 hours prior to your reservation to add either option if you did not do so at the time of booking.


Dietary Policies

We are unable to accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences, nor are there any substitutions available on the menu.

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions. Konro is not responsible for this risk.


Guest Policies

We ask that guests be mindful about the perfume or cologne they apply so as not to affect other guests' experience — please do not apply any strong fragrance prior to your meal.

We do allow photography for personal use, however do not permit any audio or video recording in order to maintain everyone's privacy. We do not allow any photography for professional use, nor do we allow professional photography equipment in the restaurant. Phone calls in the restaurant are strictly prohibited.


Restaurant Policies

If gratuity is not added at the time of booking, we are only able to accept cash gratuity on site.

Please be aware of our cancellation policy. All sales are final and non-refundable. In extreme case by case situations we may allow a reschedule within 30 days and with no less than 72 hours notice - if accommodated, a rescheduling fee of $250 per person will be applied.
